A large section of our 65,000-square-foot facility is dedicated to assembly to ensure that we can assemble your hydraulic components quickly and accurately every time.

Our enormous facility is climate-controlled and features some of the most state-of-the-art manufacturing and machining equipment in the hands of highly trained, experienced assembly technicians. Our Assembly Equipment
We pride ourselves on featuring the finest possible equipment in order to make sure we assemble a superior hydraulic product for you and your industrial applications. This goal includes two level-200 clean rooms sized at 20’ x 25’. In addition, we have multiple 2-ton Jib cranes at our machine and assembly work areas and two 10-ton overhead cranes that run the entire length of the facility.

Our Expert Assembly
In addition to precision, ideal fit and the reliability of our actuators, our expert assembly also involves the inclusion of the Bear-Loc® locking system on our products. An actuator with a Bear-Loc® locking system in place is one that's safer than any actuator you've used before. You won't find the safety the Bear-Loc® provides on any hydraulic actuator that doesn't come from York Precision Machining & Hydraulics — it's a proprietary invention of our company.
The Bear-Loc® is a sophisticated product, but it's one that's incredibly easy to use. You can put it anywhere on the stroke to lock the actuator. When hydraulic pressure is lost, the system immediately locks in place, securing the actuator and protecting your workers. Then, when pressure is applied again, you can move the Bear-Loc® freely.
We assemble all our hydraulic actuators with the Bear-Loc®, and our technicians can attach a Bear-Loc® to your current hydraulic actuator by flange, extended tie-rod or whatever the most convenient or effective method is.
